Understanding how to view/add orders to your watch list
Dashboard
View orders
From within the Dashboard, you can see how many orders are at each stage of the order process, by clicking on the card you can also obtain a list of all the orders at each stage which should appear underneath these cards

Watchlist
You can add orders to your watchlist, and these will appear on the Dashboard - this is usually used to keep an eye on important orders
Data Received - We have received the order to our system, but this has not yet been released into the picking pot. This could be for orders received after cut-off, which will then be released overnight
Awaiting Pick - The order has been released to pick, however the task to pick this order has not yet been attributed to an Operative. Please note that items on an order cannot be amended once the order is in this stage (Addresses can still be amended).
Being Picked- The order is physically being picked in the warehouse
Awaiting Pack - The order is either by our pack area awaiting to be packed, or is being packed by an Operative.
Awaiting Bespoke Process - The order is awaiting special requirements/checks/additional work to ensure it is ready for dispatch. This could be an order that has vendor compliance, such as labelling.
Awaiting Shipping - The order is in our dispatch lane and has a tracking number assigned. Please note we cannot amend an address or cancel an order at this stage
Awaiting Collection - The order was on a collection service and is now ready for collection. Please contact support@3p-logistics.co,uk to advise of any arranged collections, so that they can be communicated or organised to the warehouse team.
Shipped - The order has been shipped from 3PL.
