How to view your returns in Fusion

Within this tab you can view your returns

Select a date range in the top right of the screen and then press the 'Get Returns' button to view all returns within the selected date range

Where possible, the team will attribute the return against the outbound order number - they will also assess the quality and quantity of the stock returned
*FYI - This data is only stored on our system for a period of 3 months after the return has been processed
We will provide you (where possible) with the outbound order number, the PO of the outbound order, the original outbound carrier, the SKU returned, the quantity per SKU, the status of the stock, as well as return reason and closed date.
